MOTION CM Eldridge to spend up to $1,000 for the purchase of a lawnmower and cistern for the Cheverly Community Gardens.  Seconded CM Watson. Approved 4-0. Mayor cast the fourth affirmative vote. CM Schachter absent.

MOTION CM Tevault that the Town expend, as a grant, $140 for the Peace Camp.  Seconded CM Eldridge. Failed. CM Schachter absent.

MOTION CM Tevault to authorize the installation of a speed hump in the location of 6505 Oak Street. Seconded CM Watson. Approved 4-0. Mayor cast the fourth affirmative vote. CM Schachter absent.

MOTION CM Tevault that in the spirit of consistence with pedestrian park access, to change the speed limit from 20 mph to 15 mph on Oak Street.  Seconded CM Watson.  Approved 4-0. Mayor cast the fourth affirmative vote. CM Schachter absent.

MOTION CM Eldridge to authorize a reward of $2,500 for the successful identification of the source/cause of the booms subject to verification by the Town of Cheverly. Seconded CM Watson.  Approved 4-0.

MOTION CM Tevault to close the meeting to get legal advice from legal Counsel.  Second CM Watson.  Approved 4-0.  Mayor cast the fourth affirmative vote. CM Schachter absent.

MOTION CM to close the meeting to discuss personnel evaluations.  Seconded CM Schachter.  Approved 4-0.
