1. Reserved Disabled Parking Request
Decision Required: Whether to grant.

A resident has submitted an application for a designated disabled parking space in front of her home.

2. Tree Inventory Report
Decision Required: None.

An Arborist in the community has prepared a report that he will be presenting to the Mayor and Town Council.

3. Progress on the B-W Parkway
Decision Required: Whether to amend the requirements.

A status report will be provided by the Mayor.

4. Discussion – Building Use Requirements
Decision Required: Whether to amend the requirements.

The Mayor and Council are reviewing the Town’s insurance company and Town Attorney’s recommendations regarding insurance and hold harmless agreements for building users.

5.  Traffic Survey
Decision Required:  None.

The Mayor and Town Council will be discussing the Traffic Survey provided by the contractor in anticipation of his presentation at the September Town Meeting.

6.  Cheverly Historic District
Decision Required: Whether to move forward.

The Mayor has placed this item on the agenda and will address.

7.  Potential Annexation
Decision Required:  Whether to pursue.

The Mayor and Council will discuss a potential annexation into the corporate limits.
