1.  Crematorium - Tuxedo
        Decision Required: None.
        
The owners of the chemical supply company briefed the Mayor and Town Council on their proposal to add a crematorium to their operation some months ago.  The owners have been asked to come in and provide an update.

2.  Briefing – Landover Metro Rail Station
Decision Required: Whether to take a position.

The Mayor and Council will discuss the merits and detractions from the proposed Metro rail yard proposed for the Landover Station.

3.  Planning Board – Chess Tables
 Decision Required: Whether to allow on Town property.

Attached is the policy and procedure for donations to the Town along with a copy of the 1990 donation form.

4.  Free Little Library – Legion Park
Decision Required: Whether to take a position.

6.  Authorization to Install and Maintain a Streetlight
Decision Required: Whether to approve.

8.  Resident Letter – Retaining Walls
    Decision Required: None

    Staff wanted to provide the Mayor and Council a copy of the letter soon to be sent to residents with failing and/or dangerous retaining walls.

9. Election Clerks, Judges and Supervisors
   Decision Required: Mayor and Council to provide appointment names

The Mayor and Council will provide the Town Administrator with the appointment names to prepare the February Town Meeting Resolutions.
