This form should be used if you want the Department to pickup any used appliance from curbside. It must be returned to the office . We will schedule a pickup based upon your requirements.
NO APPLIANCE PICKUPS ON WEDNESDAYS
The fee for appliance pickup is $20 for the first appliance and $10 for each thereafter.

This permit is required for the installation of a driveway on a property that does not currently have a curb cut.
It must be filled out, signed and returned to the Public Works office with the appropriate fee.
This does not excuse you from obtaining a permit from Prince George's County.

This form must be filled out, signed and returned to the Public Works office. Traps may be borrowed a week at time by residents to trap wild animals.
Once the animal is caught you must call Animal Control for pickup at 301-883-6009
