Town Meeting - April 14, 2005
»CM Watson moved to excuse CM Schachter. CM Cullen seconded.

»CM Oslik moved to authorize the Town Administrator to prohibit vehicular traffic in the alley behind Cheverly Avenue and Parkway. CM Watson seconded.

Worksession— April 28, 2005
»CM Oslik moved to grant the vehicle exception at 3115 Laurel Ave. because it would be a hardship and the applicant meets all other criteria for exception and with the condition that the equipment not be stored on the trailer. CM Schachter seconded. Approved 5-0 CM Adegboyega not present.

»CM Ford moved for a budget adjustment in the amount of $27,761 to the road project account for the paving of Jason Street. CM Oslik seconded. Approved 5-0 CM Adegboyega not present.

»CM Ford moved to award the road project for the paving of Jason Street to Cylos as the low bidder. CM Cullen seconded.  Approved 5-0 CM Adegboyega not present.

»CM Watson moved for a budget adjustment in the amount of $2,500 to support Cheverly Day (climbing wall). CM Schachter seconded. Approved 5-0 CM Adegboyega not present.

Town Meeting - May 12, 2005
»CM Watson moved to amend the Chev-Tux Master Plan to allow lighting on the pathway. CM Oslik seconded. Approved 5-0, CM Oladele absent during vote.

»CM Schachter moved to request that the State Highway Administration perform a traffic count to determine the relation of number of cars turning left at Rte 202 and Cheverly Avenue as opposed to the number turning right. Motion
failed for lack of second.

Worksession— May 26, 2005
»CM Hofmann moved to restrict parking near 6015 Kilmer across from 6016 Kilmer on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7-11AM. CM Oslik seconded.
