Who is Eligible?
•Children born between 10/01/2000 and 09/01/2001.
•Children who reside within the attendance areas of: Ardmore, Berwyn Heights, Cesar Chavez, Gaywood, Glenn Dale, Gladys Noon Spellman, Glenarden Woods, Hyattsville, Kingsford, University Park, Woodmore and Lake Arbor.
•Acceptance based on MD State Dept. of Education criteria.
Must Bring:
•Child’s Birth Certificate.
•Child’s immunization record.
•Proof of residence (lease or deed)
•Child’s social security card (optional)
