Town Meeting - March 10, 2005
•CM Schachter moved to excuse CM Watson. CM Cullen seconded.

•CM Oslik moved to authorize the Town Attorney to negotiate final terms of the website contract with Virtual town Hall and to proceed to enact the contract and come back to the Council if there are substantive issues they need to address. CM Ford seconded.

•CM Ford moved that the classification of the position of Equipment Operator be changed from 6A to 11A under the current Town of Cheverly personnel classification system, and that this change be effective immediately. CM Cullen seconded.

• CM Cullen moved adoption of Resolution R-2-05, appointing Election Judges. CM Oslik seconded.

•CM Watson moved to make a budge adjustment in an amount not to exceed $2,000 to survey Parcel 171 for the proposed dog park. CM Ford seconded. Approved 4-0, CM Schachter not present.

•CM Ford moved to close meeting to discuss personnel matter and consult with Town Attorney. CM Watson seconded. 4-0, CM Schachter not present.
