Town of Cheverly
Establishing Park
Use Fees
WHEREAS, the Town of Cheverly establishes fees for various services and facility use; and
WHEREAS, fees for park use are established through the adoption of the annual Town budget or by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Town Council support the establishment of field user fee in the amount of $200 per event per Section 16.2 of the Cheverly Town Code; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, this 13th day of September, 2007, by the Mayor and Town Council that the Town of Cheverly establish field user fees to be free of charge for recognized Town organizations and groups which consist of 50% Cheverly residents and all others to be $200 per day.
