RESOLUTION R-05-06
A RESOLUTION OF MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF CHEVERLY, MARYLAND WHEREBY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL SET A FILING FEE
FOR APPLICANTS FOR A CABLE FRANCHISE.
WHEREAS, Section 26-4 of the Town Code grants to the Mayor and Town Council the right to promulgate rules and regulations regarding cable franchises and to set cable franchise application fees.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Cheverly, Maryland in regular session assembled: That the application fee for a franchise under Section 26-4 of the Cheverly Code shall be Five Thousand ($5,000)
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
INTRODUCED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Cheverly, Maryland, at a Regular Meeting on December 14, 2006, at which meeting copies were available to the public for inspection.
